Heavenly Organic's kitchen is certified under the Organic Herb Growers of Australia (Processors number 569).
Craig's traditional recipes and expertise in cooking give you the best certified organic Hummus, and Baba Ganoush available today. Craig has sourced the best certified organic produce in and around the far north coast of NSW.

Chickpeas are Demeter certified .Celtic Sea Salt is BFA. certified .
Spring water is Fernleigh.It comes from 60 meters deep within rock, 30ks south of Byron Bay and is delivered fresh from the source.We love this water for its purity and freshness, There is no other water like it.
Garlic is DEMETER certified.
Tahini is BFA certified.
Eggplants chillis ,herbs,lemons and limes will mostly come from the hills surrounding Byron Bay and will be fully certified.
Cumin is fresh from Iran, from which Craig has researched peasant farmers on their farming practises and is satisfied that they do not use pesticide to spray their crops. And have practiced organic farming methods for centuries.
Natural Citric acid or food acid is imperative to food manufacturing.
Heavenly Organic has worked very closely with the C.S.I.R.O food science division. Heavenly Organics kitchen follows all H.A.C.C.P guidelines .(hazard analysis critical control point).
